MyFisherTitus app for iPhone and iPad

The myFisherTitus Patient Portal app connects you, the patient, with your healthcare provider and health record. The app enables you to view upcoming appointments, lab results, and view medical history, as well as send and receive secure messages with your provider.

With myFisherTitus Patient Portal, you can:
- Stay in touch with your provider using secure messaging
- View lab results, detail, and history
- View upcoming appointments
- Schedule an appointment online
- Fill prescriptions
- Manage your account profile
